Physical Exams
Public School Health Law requires all students in Kindergarten, new entry into 1st grade, 6th and 11th grades to submit a completed physical exam by the first day of school. Any exam done within a year will be accepted.

Dental Exams
Public School Health Law requires all students in Kindergarten, new entry into 1st grade, 3rd and 7th grades to submit a completed dental exam by the first day of school. Any exam done within a year before the first day of school will be accepted.  

All newly entering students of Pennridge School District as transfers from other school districts are required to have current medical and dental examinations.
